Our plastic preforms are manufactured both in deep-drawing and injection-moulding procedures. The special feature of our manufacturing process is that we not only form plastic parts but can also press them three-dimensionally. Today, for example, we produce plastic preforms, which previously could only be manufactured from metal, for customers from both the medical and construction sectors. The advantages are obvious. In addition to the considerably lower tool costs, the minimal weight and inexpensive production costs of SWS plastic preforms offer a whole new range of possibilities.

Our plastic preforms are made from various materials, including materials listed in the UL 94 flammability regulation.
